COVID CANCELLATION POLICY- UPDATED on March 9th 2021
If you book with us for the Easter or Summer season 2021, you will be entitled to a full refund including the deposit if you cannot travel to the location of your booking due to a government restriction.
You may also swap your booking for a booking later in the season free of charge, subject to availability and paying any additional price the new season warrants.
In order to qualify for a refund in these particular circumstances, we would ask for proof you cannot travel such as Government rules, and we would ask you contact us to process this: email@example.com
Standard Cancellation Policy
At Arimelia, we offer a refund (minus the non refundable deposit ) for all cancellations made with 30 days or more notice.
For cancellations made with less than 30 days notice, no refund will be given.
Once you email us to cancel, provided there is more than 30 days notice you will receive your refund of the balance of the amount minus the deposit, within 30 days.
Should you wish to transfer your stay to a third party, please contact us.
